I fall and I crumble
A shape that is no more
Broken, scattered, just pieces on the floor.
Put me back together
Sweep up my remains
Don’t let me fall apart and lie here in vain.
I’ve faced the hellish endeavors in life
I’ve lived, learned and lied
But don’t condemn me for a life I lived and didn’t run and hide.
My soul is marked with scars
Something you will never see
The words they whisper will always remind me
As I lay here broken strewn across the floor
I vow to rebuild myself
I vow to be stronger then before
I won’t stay down
I’ll fight with all my might
I refuse to remain broken for another night.

So you say your leaving
You're going on a new adventure
It will take you miles away
I smile and think of the first day
The first day I talked to you
You were kind of shy
But I seen that sparkle in your eye
We started to talk
And low and behold
We are friends to the end
Bonding with the stories we told
So you say your leaving
You're going on a new adventure
You're going to be flying high
As you get in that plane to take you to a place.
A place you never thought you'd try
As you go on your adventure
I just want you to know
The proudness that I feel for you
For taking the steps from your home
Your making a new chapter
You are starting a new part of life
I smile and think of your girliest fright
You're growing strong
You're taking control
I'm proud of you baby.
More then I can ever say
More that I can ever hold.
